We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can assist:
✅ Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

With all tags still attached
Items must be:

Customers must provide proof of postage when returning items (please use a trusted courier service).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
💳 Refunds & Restocking Fee

Refunds are available, however a 15% restocking fee will be deducted to cover quality checks, steaming, and preparing items for resale.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size (subject to availability).

If the required size is not available, you may exchange the item for another product of equal value.

If the alternative item is priced higher, you can pay the difference.

If the alternative item is priced lower, the difference will be converted into store credit (valid for 6 months).
