Gillian & Co Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can assist:


✅ Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

    • With all tags still attached

      Items must be:

       

  • Customers must provide proof of postage when returning items (please use a trusted courier service).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.

 


 

💳 Refunds & Restocking Fee

  • Refunds are available, however a 15% restocking fee will be deducted to cover quality checks, steaming, and preparing items for resale.

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we receive and inspect the item.

 


 

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size (subject to availability).

  • If the required size is not available, you may exchange the item for another product of equal value.

  • If the alternative item is priced higher, you can pay the difference.

  • If the alternative item is priced lower, the difference will be converted into store credit (valid for 6 months).

 


 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Beauty products & accessories

  • Mystery Boxes

  • Sale or clearance items
